What is it?

Community Building Circle Training equips student leaders like you with skills to lead Restorative Circles, a powerful tool for:

  • Building trust and connection among peers.

  • Reducing conflict and addressing challenges like gossip, cyberbullying, and student stress.

  • Creating a supportive environment where everyone feels heard, valued, and understood.

Why You Should Join:

  • Be a Changemaker: Help foster a sense of belonging and mutual respect in our school community.

  • Develop Leadership Skills: Gain tools to lead with empathy and strengthen your ability to support peers.

  • Make a Lasting Impact: These circles can be used in Flex Block, for restorative justice, peer mentoring, and more!

We’re looking for up to 30 students passionate about making a difference and I believe you are one of those students. Please contact Mr. Sadiq if you are interested or have questions.

Thank you for being an important part of making ARHS a more connected, empathetic, and supportive place for everyone.
