Our Boys & Girls Track and Field teams compete in the Western Mass Championship Meet today at 4:30 pm at Holyoke High School - 500 Beech St, Holyoke, MA 01040.
The Western Mass tournament starts for both of our Lacrosse teams today as well. The Boys play Pope Francis at 5:00 pm & Girls play Mount Greylock at 7:00 pm. Both games are on Gooding Field at Amherst College.
The State tournament starts this weekend for both Ultimate teams. The games for both teams are at the Oxbow Marina - 180 Island Rd, Northampton, MA 01060.

I’d like to congratulate all of our Track & Field student-athletes who competed in the Steele Relays over the weekend for such dominant performances. Out of the eight relay events, the girls' relay teams finished in the top 3 in seven of them, with five 1st-place finishes. The boys finished in the top 10 in four of the relays, with a 2nd-place finish in the 4x400 being their best showing. Several athletes won or placed in the top 10 in Shot, Discus, Long Jump, and Triple Jump. Please go to the Steele Relay site to see the full listing of all of the results. Go Canes!!!

Dance Theater Ensemble presents "The Dreadful Shade of Hope: Stories of Loss and Resilience", this Friday May 23rd at 7pm in the ARHS Auditorium. Come and see 10 powerful student-choreographed dances that speak to the moment we're living through. Free and open to the public.
