The MassHire Future Workforce Leaders Program is a regional leadership opportunity for students from Franklin County, Hampshire County, and the North Quabbin region. 
As a Future Workforce Leader, you will: ✓Explore careers and local industries ✓Meet employers and community leaders ✓Develop leadership and professional skills✓ Help improve career opportunities for youth ✓ Participate in workforce and community projects ✓Build your resume and professional portfolio✓ Earn Career Passport recognition and credentials✓ Network with students from across the region✓ Gain experience that can strengthen college, scholarship, internship, and employment applications.
