  • Are you an endurance athlete that is interested in getting the most out of your training? Holley Samuels from Holley Fueled Nutrition will be giving a presentation on nutrition for endurance athletes from 5-6 next Monday 12/5 in the ARHS library. Come join us to hear what this acclaimed nutritionist has to say.
  • The Theater Co presents *10 Out of 12* - a play about an NYC theater preparing a strange show for opening night. The audience can hear and see everything from onstage rehearsals to private tech conversations over the headset. Tickets are $5 for students/staff and are available at the door!



  • The ARHS MUSICAL is the biggest Performing Arts production of the year with over 10% of ARHS students involved. Whether you've never done this before or can't wait to return, join us for tech work or as a performer! *INFO MEETING THIS MONDAY, 12/5 from 3:45-5:45 in the auditorium.* Hurray!

 Thur sday, March 14 The grade 7-12 choir concert is taking place TONIGHT at 7 pm in the ARHS auditorium! Come out to hear all choirs--Hurricane Singers, Chorale, and Concert Choir--along with singers from ARMS. Admission is free. Hope to see you there!
