Volunteers Needed for The Common School's Annual CARNIVAL!

 

The Common School in Amherst is an independent non-profit school for kids ages 3-12. We're holding our annual Carnival on Saturday Oct. 21st. It is open to the public, and it's a day for us to connect with the greater community. There will be old-fashioned games where kids can win prizes, lots of home-cooked food (volunteers eat free!), live music, cotton candy, and other delights. It's often a really sweet time, and kids love it. Volunteer roles include running a game, selling food, helping with parking, among other things. We have 2 and 3 hour shifts available, and you can certainly sign up for multiple shifts if you'd like!

Stop by the main office of the High School to pick up a form!

Bonjour! The ARHS French Culture Club is having our first meeting this Thursday, September 28th during flex block in room 147. Come join us for discussion, games, and food! Anyone is free to come by, whether you're interested in learning about current events in the Francophone world or simply want to help us make this year’s annual French Dinner the best one yet. No French is required. See you there!
