Happy snowy first day of the Second Semester!
I hope the semester gets off to a great start for everyone, and I have to remind you all of a few things as well. Please remember that this is not an open campus. You should not be leaving the school grounds during lunch. Also, students are no longer allowed to eat lunch in the main lobby. There has been too much trash left behind in the lobby and hallways near the auditorium, where students are not supposed to be eating at all. You can eat from the bottom of the stairs where the flags are, all the way down the hall to the area in between the English and Tech hallways. Adults will ask you to move if you are eating in the main lobby. Also, please remember not to wander the hallways outside of the eating areas during your lunch block. Thank you for your cooperation.

JobCorp is a federally funded program for low-income individuals. Class of 2024 - apply today! Amherst Hurricane Athletic Boosters Scholarship!
The $1,000 scholarship is a one-time award to assist student-athletes pursuing further education. The application deadline is March 31, 2024.
Spring sports registration is now open! Please use the link to view more information and to register. More information can be found on the athletic webpage. In addition, to learn more about spring sports join us during our spring sports night on 3/15/24 at 6 PM in the high school gymnasium.
