It is crucial to stay educated about the stigmas against people with autism and the discrimination they face which are still very prevalent in society and our school community. April 26, 2022 Tuesday The UMass Turing Summer Program for high school students is a free 3 week program for high school students run by UMass.  Program Overview:  The UMass Turing Summer Program is a three week-long summer program for High School students who have an interest in or would like to learn about Computer Science and how computing can be used to address challenges in areas such as healthcare, energy, and many others. How to Apply? : The College of Information and Computer Science is offering this program at  no charge  to local students. Students will need to pay a nominal fee to obtain a UMass ID card and to process the registration paperwork. This fee will be waived for any student for whom it poses a hardship.
